The Role - AI-Enhanced Transformation Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects using HOBA’s proven methodology framework
- Manage complex, multi-million dollar transformation initiatives across government and enterprise clients
- Utilize AI-powered project management tools for enhanced planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business architects, technology specialists, and change management professionals
