This Agreement Has Been Replaced

The HOBA Pro End User Licence Agreement has been replaced by the HOBA Pro Terms of Use. The HOBA Pro Terms of Use, together with the HOBA Pro Fair Use Policy, now govern all access to and use of HOBA Pro, including licences purchased before October 2026.

They cover your licence, licence types, seats and read-only members, watermarks, fair use, AI features, customer data, support and intellectual property.
