Job Description
We are hiring a number of experienced B2B Appointment Setters (also called Sales Representative (SDR)) to qualify prospects, manage scheduling meetings and demos onto our sales team calendar, and managing nurturing, no shows, cancellations and rebooking.
As Appointment Setter, your role is to reach out—primarily via phone—to mostly inbound marketing leads (occasionally outbound cold leads) (TBC), and they follow up with warm leads. Part of your role is to qualify leads by confirming that the lead is a fit for our product and has purchase authority.
Tasks include:
- Ensuring attendees book call,
- Managing and supporting rebooking and cancellations and no shows,
- Ensuring call / handover notes / system updated and maintained,
- Nurturing leads,
- Handover to Sales/closer
Mandatory:
- Prior or current Appointment Setter experience
- Knowledge and ideas to be more effective with whole end to end cycle, from appointment setting, sales calls, to onboarding.
Metrics
- Supporting reaching 5-calls per day booked
- Securing 1x calls per day (5x per day stretch goal.
Must have/willing to:
- Call prospects on the phone to qualify them (a common recorded phone / phone number will be provided
- Be comfortable being phone/video calls be recorded (for learning / feedback purposes)
- Specialize in B2B products and services
- Fluent English speakers
- No newbies, sorry!
- Must be based in
Ideally:
- Record of doing similar role selling products and services into consulting, business transformation, business transformation training, B2B software.
