The Role:
This is a high-performance position with the potential to earn between $50K and $300K. We are not interested in backgrounds; we are interested in star performers. If you’re average, you can earn $50K; if you’re good, you can earn $150K; and if you’re great, you can earn $300K plus. We are looking for individuals, young or old, who have the drive and determination to excel in sales.
We offer no base to start (potentially negotiable after proven performance), with huge performance rewards to get you to $300K and beyond each year. We are seeking someone who is awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start, highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer. You will have the opportunity to build your own empire within our fine, progressive company. We have a superb reputation and need real stars to bring in the best accounts.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in B2B sales (Consulting, training and/or partnership/partner program ideally)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Knowledge of the [industry/domain] is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Tasks include:
- Hold arranged appointments (Appointment Setter will quality calls, arrange setting the appointment, and rearranging changes),
- Pitch/proposal creation,
- Closing the sale, and any nurturing (as/when required),
- Handover to our Customer Support/Success/onboarding to onboard.
Experience Required
- B2B sales (preferably B2B consulting, partner programs, SaaS system)
- Proven success in B2B sales,
- Established systems and processes to make the end-to-end sales process as seamless as possible,
- Used relevant technology to ensure success,
- Able to provide complete transparency, live and detailed reports on calls booked, held, closed-successfully, nurture etc.
- Must be based in Europe (due to minimize time zone differences with UK).
- Proven experience in B2B Consulting and Training services and campaigns,
Desirable (but not mandatory)
- Develop sales materials, campaigns and systems (input provided by our staff)
- Sourcing new leads and opportunities,
- Booking qualified meetings,
- Assisting growing pipelines,
- Provide the resources eg people, processes, and/or technologies(?) needed for a complete sales process (including ongoing relationship management),
- Lead generation services and manage campaigns to discover and qualify customers
- Assist with establishing initial communications and building interest in the brand (demand generation), including:
- Assist with follow-up campaigns and other “lead nurturing” to ensure the best possible conversion rate,
- Previous banking, digital banking, business and/or digital transformations consultancy and training providers,
- Have taken our Agile Transformation Accelerator Training Program (or be willing too)

- This is not a lead generation job, this is a business development/sales job.
