COMPLETION REQUIREMENT
To successfully earn the AI for Business Transformation Certificate, participants must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the final test. This assessment evaluates core concepts, including AI's role in project delivery, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, workflow automation, and strategic decision-making within the HOBA® Agile Business Transformation Framework.
- •The final test consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions, ensuring a practical understanding of AI-driven business transformation.
- •Participants who score 70% or higher will receive their Certificate of Completion, which is verifiable and shareable on professional networks.
- •Those who do not meet the 70% threshold may review the course materials and reattempt the test (subject to course retake policies).
AI FOR BT CERTIFICATE
When you pass the AI for Business Transformation final test, you'll receive the AI for Business Transformation Certificate, along with a digital badge to showcase your achievement online.
This certificate validates your understanding of AI in business transformation, equipping you with the fundamentals of AI-powered project delivery and Target Operating Model (TOM) design using the HOBA® Agile Business Transformation Framework.
