How will I earn money as a Certified Partner?
You generate revenue in three ways: (1) run HOBA transformation consulting and keep 100% of your delivery fees, (2) sell and run HOBA training for your clients — you will not certify clients; you deliver training over HOBA transformation services, and (3) earn software revenue-share on HOBA Pro licenses you sell and support. Use our HOBA framework and tools to unlock new revenue from existing clients — and attract new ones.
What types of companies are a good fit?
The Certified Partner Program is designed for independent consultants, boutique agencies, and mid-sized consultancies that work in business or digital transformation. If you're already helping clients improve operations, performance, or growth — HOBA will elevate what you do.
Can I become a partner if I'm outside the UK?
Yes! We're growing HOBA internationally and looking for partners across every region. All training and tools are currently in English, but if your clients need local translations, we'll help you prepare the materials.
How much access do I get to the HOBA team?
You'll get a dedicated point of contact for fast communication — plus access to the wider team when needed. We're here to support your success and help you win.
What kind of investment is required?
Certified Partner tiers require an annual platform fee. The fee is based on your tier, the number of certified team members, and the services you plan to deliver. Annual fees are not waived — they fund your certification, deal registration, partner portal, and partner success support. Partners who hit exceptional software revenue targets may receive discretionary year-end success bonuses, but fees are never waived.
Is there exclusivity or territory protection?
We don't offer geographic exclusivity. Instead, we encourage partners to specialise in industries or services. This helps you stand out while supporting collaboration and referrals across our global network.
How many Certified Partners will you accept?
We don't have a limit — our goal is to help as many businesses as possible, and we know we can't do it alone. We're looking for capable, committed partners to help scale HOBA everywhere.
Will this investment deliver ROI for my business?
We can't promise results — that's up to you — but we've designed this program to help active consultants grow fast. If you're serious about transformation and already working with clients, this can be a game-changer.
What happens once I'm approved?
You'll get access to the HOBA Partner Portal, onboarding materials, and the HOBA Certified Partner Training. From there, you can progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers as your practice grows.
Do you offer marketing support?
Yes. Active partners can access co-branded assets, joint webinar opportunities, and coordinated content. We also explore co-funding marketing activities with partners who have a clear go-to-market plan and aligned target audience.
