STEP 1 – FOCUS
The first step in the organisations transformation journey is to Focus. Focus is about defining the Business Motivation Model, and addresses the WHY aspect of the Why, Who, What, Where, How and When? questions asked of the business and business transformation.
STEP 3 – ANALYSE
The third step in the organisations transformation journey is Analyse. Analyse is about defining the Current Operating Model, and addresses the WHAT aspect of the Why, Who, What, Where, How and When? questions asked of the business and business transformation.
STEP 5 – DESIGN
The firth step in the organisations transformation journey is Design. Design is about defining the Target Operating Model (TOM) and addresses the WHERE and HOW aspects of the Why, Who, What, Where, How and When? questions asked of the business and business transformation.
STEP 2 – CONTROL
The second step in the organisations transformation journey is Control. Control is about defining and establishing the Governance Model, and addresses the WHO aspect of the Why, Who, What, Where, How and When? questions asked of the business and business transformation.
