HOBA® CERTIFICATION REFUND POLICY

60-Day Results Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our HOBA® Certification program.

All purchases of the HOBA® Certification (including both payment plan and full payment options) come with a 60-day results guarantee.

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Complete the entire 6-week certification program
  2. Implement the HOBA methodology in a real transformation project or initiative
  3. Use our support channels (community, Q&A sessions, direct support) to get help with any challenges
  4. Request your refund within 60 days of purchase if you don’t see measurable improvement in your transformation results

To request a refund, email our support team with:

  1. Proof of program completion (all modules and assignments)
  2. Description of how you implemented HOBA methodology
  3. Documentation of support channels used
  4. Explanation of why the methodology didn’t deliver expected results

We’ll process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.

What's Not Covered

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Partial program completion (you must complete all 6 weeks)
  • Failure to implement methodology in real projects
  • Requests after 60 days from purchase date
  • Mass downloading of materials without genuine participation
  • Corporate or group enrollments (separate terms apply)

OTHER PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Individual Digital Products

Purchases of individual templates, downloadable resources, checklists, books, or standalone digital products are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Corporate Training & Consulting

Corporate training programs, consulting services, and custom implementations have separate terms and conditions provided at time of purchase.

Partner Program

Partner program fees and investments are governed by separate partnership agreements and refund terms.

14 Day Limited Refund Policy for Online Courses

Course purchases on HOBA TECH come with a 14-day money back guarantee. If you fully participate in our programs (watch video lessons, complete downloadable worksheets, checklists, etc.) and use our support channels to find answers to your questions about the fundamental learnings the course promises to provide, email our support to request a refund. Show us that you completed all of the video lessons, supplemental materials, and used our support channels to get help, and we’ll happily refund your full payment.

Note that if our tracking systems indicated that you have mass downloaded videos and other supplemental materials prior to asking for a refund, your refund request will be immediately denied.

Refunds requested after 14 days may be considered, but not guaranteed.

In-person Events

In-person training events have the following refund schedule:

  1. 4+ weeks before event: 100% refund
  2. 2-4 weeks before event: 50% refund
  3. Less than 2 weeks: no refund

Event cancellations by HOBA Tech result in full refund or credit toward future events.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Implementation Requirement

Our 60-day guarantee requires actual implementation of the HOBA methodology in real transformation work. This is a results guarantee, not a satisfaction guarantee.

We’re confident that professionals who complete the program and implement the methodology will see measurable improvement in their transformation projects.

Abuse Prevention

Our systems track program engagement and material usage. Refund requests from accounts showing bulk downloading without genuine participation will be denied.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent behavior.

Downloadable Resources Not Refundable

Purchases of individual templates, downloadable resources, checklists, documents, files, etc. are not eligible for refunds. All purchases of these resources are final. 

Shipping Policy

Delivery of our products is in digital form. As a result, no shipping is required for product delivery.
