1. Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps HOBA Tech Ltd has taken during the financial year ending 31 March 2026 to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.
HOBA Tech Ltd is a UK-registered SME providing enterprise transformation software (Hoba Pro), training, and consultancy services. We operate a fully remote-first model with no manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics operations.
2. Our Business & Supply Chains

3. Policies & Due Diligence
We have implemented the following measures:
- Supplier vetting: All new subcontractors and service providers are assessed for compliance with UK employment law and ethical standards. We do not engage suppliers operating in jurisdictions known for weak labour protections without additional due diligence.
- Whistleblowing: Employees and contractors are encouraged to report any concerns regarding unethical practices, including modern slavery, to the Director in confidence.
- Employment practices: All HOBA Tech employees and UK contractors are engaged under written contracts, paid at or above the National Living Wage, and have the right to statutory leave and benefits.
- Training: Directors and staff are made aware of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the indicators of modern slavery through induction briefings.
4. Risk Assessment
We consider our risk exposure to modern slavery to be low, given:
- Our remote-first, knowledge-worker business model;
- Our UK-centric supply chain;
- The absence of manufacturing, warehousing, or low-wage labour in our operations.
We will review this risk assessment annually and enhance due diligence if our supply chain expands into higher-risk sectors or geographies.
