ABOUT YOU
You are a delivery leader who knows that project management is not enough — transformation requires political nous, commercial judgement, and relentless focus on outcomes. You can structure a plan, run a workshop, manage a steering committee, and step into the detail when needed. You have seen projects fail through theatre and are committed to making delivery real.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead enterprise transformation projects end-to-end using the HOBA methodology
- Design and facilitate workshops to align leadership, define scope, and agree outcomes
- Develop Target Operating Models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Build and manage project governance, risk registers, budgets, and stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, change, and vendor partners
- Track benefits, business case assumptions, and realisation metrics
- Coach client teams in HOBA delivery practices and transformation discipline

EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR
- 7+ years leading complex transformation, programme, or project delivery
- Proven track record managing enterprise or government transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills including C-suite and board-level engagement
- Experience with methodologies such as HOBA, MSP, P3O, Agile, or hybrid approaches
- Budget and commercial accountability on multi-million-dollar programmes preferred
- Australian / New Zealand work authorisation or valid work visa
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
- Project / programme management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP)
- Change management certification (Prosci, APMG) or equivalent experience
- Business architecture or operating model design experience
- Existing HOBA certification or willingness to certify
- Public sector transformation or tendering experience
