You are an exceptional transformation project manager who understands that successful change requires more than just traditional project management approaches. You have experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives and are passionate about leveraging AI tools to accelerate project delivery.
THE ROLE — AI-ENHANCED PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects using HOBA's proven methodology framework
- Manage complex, multi-million dollar transformation initiatives across government and enterprise clients
- Utilise AI-powered project management tools for enhanced planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business architects, technology specialists, and change management professionals
- Implement AI-assisted project monitoring and predictive analytics for early risk identification
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and manage organisational change resistance
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and achieving intended business outcomes
- Mentor client project teams in HOBA methodology and transformation best practices
- Support business case development and demonstrate measurable ROI throughout project lifecycle

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 7+ years senior project management experience in complex transformation environments
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (essential)
- 3+ years experience managing technology transformation or digital transformation projects
- Proven track record managing projects with budgets >$5M AUD/NZD
- Experience with government, financial services, or large enterprise transformation
- Strong stakeholder management skills including C-suite and board-level engagement
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Australian/New Zealand work authorisation required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced project management certifications (PgMP, MSP, P3O)
- Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe Programme Consultant)
