ABOUT YOU
You are a seasoned transformation professional who understands that successful change requires more than pretty diagrams. You're part strategist, part designer, part collaborator, and part negotiator. You've seen traditional business architecture fail and want to be part of a methodology that actually delivers results.
THE ROLE
- Lead end-to-end business transformations using the proven HOBA methodology
- Work as strategist: Help clients define and refine their transformation vision
- Work as designer: Structure organisations to execute on strategy (beyond just target operating models)
- Work as collaborator: Facilitate cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement
- Work as negotiator: Navigate priorities, trade-offs, and organisational politics
- Deliver pragmatic, implementable solutions that drive real business value
- Mentor client teams in HOBA methodology and transformation best practices
- Support business case development and transformation ROI measurement

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5–8+ years business transformation, strategy consulting, or change management experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex organisational change initiatives
- Experience working with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, workshop design, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of business strategy, operating models, and organisational design
- Experience in government, financial services, or large enterprise preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Australian/New Zealand work authorisation required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Traditional business architecture experience (TOGAF, ArchiMate) — we'll show you the better way
- Project/Programme management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP)
- Change management certification (Prosci, APMG)
- Strategy consulting experience (Big 4 or boutique firms)
- Agile/Scrum experience and certifications
