HOBA Tech is expanding its footprint in Australia and New Zealand. Rather than building a traditional sales team, we are engaging experienced business development partners who already have trusted networks in enterprise, government, consulting, and professional services. You open the door; we bring the methodology, delivery capability, and partner support.
ABOUT YOU
You are a self-sufficient, relationship-led business developer who prefers results over process theatre. You understand how enterprise and government buyers think, you know how to qualify an opportunity, and you are comfortable working on a commission or partner basis while we support you with the methodology and credibility to close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and qualify enterprise, government, and mid-market opportunities across Australia and New Zealand
- Introduce organisations that need business-led transformation, operating model design, AI transformation, training, or certification
- Build relationships with consulting firms, systems integrators, and transformation leaders
- Represent HOBA Tech at industry events, forums, and networking functions
- Maintain a clean, transparent pipeline with regular updates
- Support proposal development and introductory meetings where appropriate
HOW THIS WORKS
- ✓We agree a commission or partnership structure based on the opportunity type
- ✓You source and qualify opportunities in your network or territory
- ✓We support you with messaging, collateral, credentials, and introductions
- ✓When an opportunity converts, commission is paid according to our partner agreement
EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR
- Proven B2B sales, business development, or partner growth experience
- Established network in consulting, professional services, government, or enterprise
- Comfortable working independently with live pipeline reporting
- Clear communicator who can articulate business value, not just features
- Based in or strongly connected to Australia and/or New Zealand
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience selling consulting, training, or transformation services
- Background in banking, digital, business, or AI transformation
- Existing relationships with government procurement or transformation leaders
- Familiarity with CRM and structured sales processes
