Join HOBA TECH's strategic expansion into Australia and New Zealand markets. As we establish our founding ANZ presence, you'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with transformation leaders and growing our international footprint. Work directly with Heath Gascoigne, creator of the internationally acclaimed HOBA methodology trusted by 40+ countries including the UK Government.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced business development professional with a passion for transformation excellence. You understand the consulting landscape and can articulate complex methodologies to senior executives. You thrive in building long-term partnerships and have a proven track record of opening doors in professional services markets.

THE ROLE

  • Develop strategic partnerships with consulting firms and enterprise clients across ANZ
  • Build relationships with government transformation leaders and private sector executives
  • Represent HOBA TECH at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Support the expansion of our internationally recognised transformation methodology
  • Collaborate with Heath Gascoigne during his return to ANZ markets
  • Identify and qualify high-value partnership opportunities
  • Maintain CRM database and provide market intelligence
  • Support proposal development and client engagement activities

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • B2B sales (preferably B2B consulting, partner programs, SaaS systems)
  • Proven success in B2B sales with established systems and processes
  • Used relevant technology to ensure sales success
  • Able to provide complete transparency, live and detailed reports on pipeline
  • Based in Australia or New Zealand
  • Proven experience in B2B Consulting and Training services

DESIRABLE (NOT MANDATORY)

  • Develop sales materials, campaigns and systems
  • Sourcing new leads and opportunities
  • Booking qualified meetings and assisting growing pipelines
  • Lead generation services and manage campaigns to discover and qualify customers
  • Previous banking, digital banking, business and/or digital transformation consultancy
  • Have taken our Agile Transformation Accelerator Training Program (or be willing to)

  • Competitive base salary: AUD $80k–$120k / NZD $70k–$100k
