Heath GascoigneHeath is one of the founders of HOBA TECH, and author of the forth-coming book – ‘The Business Transformation Playbook® – How to Implement Your Organisations Target Operating (TOM) and Achieve a Zero Percent Failure Rate Using the 6-Step Agile Framework’.Heath has 15 years experience in business architecture, business change, and programme and project management with a particular focus on helping businesses design and implement challenging Target Operating Model’s (TOM) so they can be more efficient. Heath holds his MBA (Exec.), certifications in TOGAF®, LEAN Six Sigma (Black Belt), Project Management (PRINCE2 & Certified Scrum Master) and is a member of the Business Architecture Guild, Project Management Institute (PMI), Change Management Institute (CMI) and International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)Heath is passionate about business, and business architecture and has felt and lived the pains and challenges that business architecture and business architects face as a business architect himself. He has never been afraid to challenge the status quo, and has consistently promoted and championed business architecture as the essential tool for successful strategy design and execution. Syed is a successful technology architect and serial entrepreneur. He has launched several start-ups in the EdTech space, formed an IT advisory specialising in Telco and Security and expanded into the Far East and Middle East.
Syed has run many successful enterprise architecture practices, and worked as an SME on IT Security and Cyber-defence. Syed also serves as a mentor for ICT & Finance Strategy for “Rider for Health”, a global social enterprise.Heath and Syed are MBA school mates, having met and studied their MBAs at AGSM in Australia, and meet up again in London UK, and formed HOBA TECH with their common goal to improve the appalling success rate of the failed Business (and digital) transformation programmes by providing the tools and framework that they have used with their clients across the world.
