We’re currently looking for a talented Project, Programme and Portfolio Manager Consultants to join our Agile Consulting team to work collaboratively with our client(s)in Washington DC, USA to shape and deliver their enterprise business transformation, enabled by our business-led framework HOBA.

 

Our Agile Consulting team that operate across Life Sciences is getting established with our first client outside of the UK, and also the first in the USA. This is an opportunity to get into at the ground level to not only deliver for our client, but also setup and establish our internal ways of working.

Job Description

We are looking for candidates, with skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Core experience of delivery in megaproject and programme environments, with an understanding of delivery methodologies, processes, techniques and common challenges
  • A track record of realising business benefits and outcomes
  • The ability to demonstrate leadership skills in large and diverse project teams
  • Ability to work across multiple levels of an organisation
  • An aptitude for delivering creative and ingenious solutions

Experience Required

In this role, it is essential that you have a number of years of professional experience and can:

Experience working in the Transport sector

  • Experience of working on Life Sciences and/or Health care delivery or assurance on major digital programmes
  • Experience of implementing and delivering land strategy, process and governance
  • Understanding of the life sciences process and legislation for securing approvals, Authorisation and licensing of life science products and services.
  • Business development experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

A drive for personal and professional progression

Desirable

  • Experience of working in fast-paced environments on a start-up function
  • Previous life sciences, banking, digital banking, business and/or digital transformations projects and program
  • Have taken our Agile Transformation Accelerator Training Program (or be willing too)

Note – this is an active live role, you would ideally need to be available to start within 4-6 weeks (or sooner). We will consider waiting for the right candidate.
