Job Description
We are seeking new experienced members for our Advisor Board. Join our Advisor Board!
The role of our Advisor Board is to assist us to raise funding from private investors and organisations, as well as to increase the profile and to scale HOBA TECH.
We are particularly interested in hearing from potential Advisor Board members that have extensive experience in the following areas:
- IT Leader / Leadership as CIO/CTO or equivalent
- Finance / Fund raising as CFO or equivalent
- Former Big 4 Accounting / Management Consultancy Partner Level or equivalent
- Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales Director or equivalent
- Education / Academia at Board / Vice Chancellor level or equivalent
- Public Service / Central Government at Board / Advisory Level or equivalent

We have an ambitious growth strategy and international expansion plans to build on our success so far with our international bestselling playbook, and award winning agile business transformation method trusted by the UK Government, FTSE-100 and fast growing companies, and used around the world by thousands to transform their organisations, further develop phase 2 of our patent (pending) software technology, expand our certified partner program, on top of our imminent seed/pre-seed investment round, followed by a subsequent Series A round.
Compensation including share options / vested equity to be offered to the right candidate(s). For clarity, our expectations are loosely aligned to here and here. All documentation including Investor pitch deck, business plans and advisor agreement will be made available to the right candidate(s).
Next Steps:
Following successful selection, the next and imminent Advisor board meeting will be held with the agenda to review the pitch deck/business plans prior to commencing our seed/pre-seed fund raising round.
